Welcome to the West Virginia Municipal Clerks and Recorders Association (WVMCRA) web site. The objectives of this organization are to promote improvement and efficiency in the operation of the Clerks and Recorders offices of cities and towns of West Virginia, by:
- Promoting cooperation between the Clerks and Recorders of the State
- Promoting periodical conferences or meetings of WV Clerks and Recorders for discussion of Municipal problems, and by researching to find solutions
- To maintain the high ethical standards of the profession of City Clerks and Recorders
The West Virginia Municipal Clerks and Recorders Association consists of over 160 Clerks and Recorders representing municipalities across the great state of West Virginia.
